_{In view of the declaration by His Excellency, President Rodrigo R. Duterte that Metro Manila shall be placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) starting June 1, 2020, and pursuant to the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) Resolution No. 09-2020, providing that the suspension of conduct of procurement activities shall be lifted upon determination of the BAC that the basis for suspension no longer exists or upon the lifting of the State of Calamity, or implementation of community quarantine or similar restrictions, as the case may be, the suspension of all BAC Proceedings is hereby lifted starting June 1, 2020.}
