The Privatization and Management Office (PMO) is offering through public auction, as one lot and on an "as-is, where-is" basis, the PMO unserviceable properties located in PMO Office at 104 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, at a FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (Php44,300.00).

Sealed bids will be received on December 14, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and immediately thereafter, the bids shall be opened and tabulated in the presence of bidders at the 2nd Floor, Privatization and Management Office, 104 Gamboa Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
Interested parties are advised to deal directly with PMO authorized personnel. The Authenticated Sale Documents, together with the Asset Specific Catalogue may be secured at the Ground Floor, Privatization and Management Office, 104 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City for a nominal fee of One Hundred Pesos (PhP100.00).
PMO reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any formality in the public auction requirements, and award the sale to the bidder whose bid is most advantageous to the government. PMO may resort to other modes of disposition provided under existing laws, rules and regulations, in case of a failure in public auction.
